CUSTOM DESIGNS, EXPERTLY SCREEN PRINITED

What is Screen Printing?

Screenprinting is a technique for transferring an image or design onto a garment using a stencil and ink. This method produces high quality, durable prints and offers the option of using specialty inks such as metallic or glitter to enhance the design. It is done using specialized equipment to ensure the best results.

MULTIPLE OPTIONS FOR MULTIPLE PURPOSES

CHOOSE YOUR COLOUR & INK

INK STYLE

4-Colour Process

Unleash the full potential of your creative vision with CMYK printing! This technique utilizes four ink players - Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Keyline (Black) - each on its own plate. Mix and match these hues to achieve a stunning array of tones in your design.

INK STYLE

Reflective or Metallic

Screen printing clothing can be enhanced with reflective or metallic inks for a unique, attention-grabbing look. Reflective inks feature tiny glass beads that reflect light, while metallic inks contain metallic particles for a metallic finish.

PANTONE PERFECTION

PANTONE COLOUR MATCHING

UNSURE OF YOUR DESIGN COLOURS?

Ink Colouring

Accurate color matching can be a tricky business, especially when it comes to visual mockups. With so many different devices and screens out there, it's hard to know how a color will look until it's printed. That's why our Graphics Team uses a tried-and-true method for matching colors - assigning a Pantone number from our extensive ink selection. This ensures that your finished product will be as close as possible to the original design you wish to have imprinted, even if it doesn't look exactly the same on your screen. So go ahead and share your designs with us- we'll take care of the rest!

Pantone Matching

When it comes to color, there's no room for error. That's why we rely on the trusted Pantone system to ensure that your prints come out exactly as intended. Simply provide us with a specific Pantone code, and we'll match it to the corresponding ink color with precision. No more guessing or mistaking one shade for another - with Pantone, you can trust that your prints will be exactly the hue you desire.

Colour Approval

To ensure that your prints are exactly the color you envision, we'll include a color code or Pantone number in your artwork approval for you to confirm before production begins. If your design requires a specific color, be sure to let us know ahead of time by providing your brand's Pantone number or including it in the notes of your order. We'll take care of the rest, ensuring that your finished product is a true representation of your vision.

Completed Product

While we'll do our best to match the colors in your design to a Pantone number, there are always a few variables that can affect the final result. From the inks and threads used in production to the lighting and screens that display your design, there are many factors that can impact the final color of your prints. That's why we recommend ordering a sample or small bulk order before placing a larger order, especially if color matching is crucial to your design. This way, you can see exactly how the colors will turn out and make any necessary adjustments before committing to a larger quantity.
